Made at the Magia Cubana factory under the watchful eye of Jose Dominguez the JD Hightower big ring guage line comes in hand-crafted wooden boxes of 20 cigars that seem to rise off the shelf. Some of the tobaccos used are grown by the Dominguez family in the Dominican Republic with patience and care. Value is in every cigar as the lines smallest ring gauge is 60 but the cigar performs flawlessly.

What should you expect from Hightower?
The Hightower by Jose Dominguez features nutty notes that are dominant with peanuts and pistachios as the leading flavors. Occasionally some subtle dark chocolate notes emerge while the finish is long and leathery. The retrohale isn’t overpowering, some subtle cocoa added to the mix.
