La Gianna Havana is a tribute to tradition, family, and life’s most meaningful moments—rooted in the long-standing custom of gifting cigars to celebrate the birth of a child.
In 1994, David Garofalo honored this tradition by creating a cigar for the birth of his daughter, Gianna. In a twist of fate, the cigar debuted before she did, as Gianna arrived a few weeks later.
Handcrafted in Danlí, Honduras, a region rich in tobacco heritage since 1765, every La Gianna cigar reflects centuries of craftsmanship and dedication.
Available in three distinct varieties, each cigar offers a unique and memorable experience.
The Experience
La Gianna Havana Angelic takes you on a smooth and decadent journey with a touch of sweetness. From the first draw, the silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper offers a creamy, toasty base, while the sweetened cap introduces a delicate, honeyed finish.
As the cigar develops, notes of toasted wood and salted nuts emerge, layered with a warm ginger snap spice that adds depth to the smooth Honduran binder and filler.
The subtle sweetness of the cap lingers, complementing the rich, natural flavors and delivering a medium-bodied, well-balanced smoke—an indulgent experience from start to finish.
